Terms and Refund Policy
The rules for number plans, separate credit wallets, SMS verification, cancellation, and refunds.
Number plans
Each active phone number uses its own auto-renewing Google Play subscription. Cancelling renewal does not end the paid period: the same number remains available until Google Play confirms that the entitlement has expired. At expiration or revocation, the number is released from Twilio to stop its recurring fee and may no longer be recoverable. A restoration completed before expiration keeps the same number; a new subscription after release requires a new number.
Credit wallets
Calls use call credits; incoming and outgoing SMS use message credits; SMS verification uses verification credits. These balances and Google Play products are separate. Credit packs are one-time consumable purchases, do not renew, and are credited only after Google Play verification.
Reward feedback bonus
After a verified rewarded ad, a one-time offer may add 10 credits to the same wallet after private in-app feedback reaches our server. The amount is fixed for this offer, is granted once per account, and does not depend on whether feedback is positive, neutral, or negative. It is not a Google Play rating or review.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the Google Play Subscription Center linked in the app. Cancellation generally takes effect after the current paid billing period; access continues until that period ends and the period is not automatically refunded. Some countries may provide immediate cancellation or a prorated refund under applicable law. Other refund eligibility is determined by Google Play policies, applicable law, and any more favorable remedy confirmed by support.
SMS verification
Availability, price, cancellation timing, and refund eligibility depend on the selected service and country. Held verification credits are returned when the provider cancels or no code arrives before expiry; a delivered code completes the charge.
Acceptable use
You must not use 2nd Line for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful calling or messaging, account abuse, or attempts to bypass service limits. Availability and routes may be limited to protect users and service integrity.
